“Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions.
“The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Us” refers to Featherstone Media (formerly Epic Internet) (“Featherstone Media”), a company operating in England and Wales since 2002 with its registered office at Southern House, Wellesley Grove, Croydon, CR0 1XO.
“Party”, “Parties”, or “Us” refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves.
All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the provision of the Company’s services including, but not limited to, website services, digital media services, hosting, email management, support and related products, in accordance with prevailing English law.

For all technical support requests, please submit a support ticket via your account at www.featherstonemedia.co.uk/clientarea.php. If you are unable to access your account please email support@featherstonemedia.co.uk. We aim to respond within 3 hours during business hours, although response times may vary.
- Privacy Statement
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Authorised employees within the Company on a need-to-know basis only use information collected from Clients. We regularly review our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to our customers.
We process personal data in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation, including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
- Confidentiality
Client records are regarded as confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party other than our suppliers, service partners, or where legally required to do so. Clients may request copies of records held about them by providing reasonable notice.
We do not sell, share or rent personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. Emails sent by this Company will only be in connection with agreed services, administration or support.
- Fees, Billing and Non-Refundable Services
5.1 All services are provided on a pre-paid basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5.2 Hosting services, domain services, email hosting, email management, server management and associated infrastructure services are billed annually unless stated otherwise.
5.3 Annual payments made for hosting, email services or related infrastructure are strictly non-refundable once the service term has commenced. This applies regardless of usage, cancellation, early termination, or migration of services to another provider.
5.4 Where a Client chooses to move or transfer hosting or email services away from Featherstone Media before the end of the paid term, no full or partial refunds will be issued.
5.5 It is the Client’s responsibility to cancel renewal services prior to the renewal date if they do not wish to continue.
- Disclaimer – Exclusions and Limitations
The information on this website is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company excludes all representations and warranties relating to this website and its contents.
The Company excludes liability for damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this website or services, including but not limited to loss of business, loss of profits, data loss, or indirect or consequential damages.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under English law. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
- Availability of Services
Unless otherwise stated, services featured on this website are intended primarily for Clients within the United Kingdom. The Company does not warrant that services will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free, although they are provided using reasonable skill and care.
By using our services you agree to indemnify the Company, its employees and agents against any loss or damage arising from misuse of the services.
